This Service is a demonstration project that analyzes publicly available Reddit user data. By submitting a Reddit username for analysis, you confirm that you have the right to submit that username and understand the nature of the analysis being performed.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE

RedditUser.info is a satirical and educational project that demonstrates how publicly available social media data can be analyzed. The Service:

• Analyzes publicly available Reddit posts and comments
• Generates assessments based on automated analysis and AI interpretation
• Creates profiles that may include inferred information about location, profession, politics, religion, personality traits, and other characteristics
• Assigns a "threat score" as part of the satirical nature of the project

All analysis results are automated interpretations and should not be considered factual or definitive assessments of any individual.

3. DATA COLLECTION AND STORAGE

When you use our Service, we collect and store the following information:

• Reddit Username: The username you submit for analysis
• Analysis Results: All generated assessment data including inferred location, profession, religion, political leanings, personality traits, threat scores, and confidence levels
• Reddit Activity Data: Timestamps of posts and comments, karma scores, account creation date
• Technical Information: Your IP address and user agent (browser information) at the time of submission
• Session Data: Temporary session identifiers used during the analysis process

This data is stored indefinitely in our database and may be used for research, improvement of the Service, and to display aggregate statistics.

4. PUBLIC NATURE OF DATA

The Service only analyzes publicly available information from Reddit. We do not:

• Access private messages or non-public Reddit data
• Require Reddit login credentials
• Collect any information that is not already publicly visible on Reddit

However, by using this Service, you acknowledge that we compile and analyze this public data in ways that may reveal patterns or inferences not immediately apparent from individual posts.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using this Service, you agree that:

• You will only submit Reddit usernames that you have permission to analyze

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedditUser.info and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain analysis data indefinitely. If you wish to request deletion of your data:

• You may contact us to request removal of specific analysis results
• We will process deletion requests on a case-by-case basis
• Note that deleted data may persist in backups for a reasonable period

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
